Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between
Omar Koperly, operating under “koptec solutions”,
and his customers regarding the use and licensing of software solutions.

Subject of the Contract

The subject matter is the provision and licensing of software, in particular AI-powered security solutions.

License

(1) The customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software.
(2) The distribution, reproduction, or modification of the software is not permitted without explicit consent.
(3) Use is only permitted within the agreed scope.

Remuneration

The use of the software is subject to a fee unless otherwise agreed.
All prices are in accordance with the applicable legal regulations.

Liability

(1) The software is provided “as is”.
(2) No warranty is given for error-free or uninterrupted operation.
(3) Liability for damages, particularly due to security vulnerabilities or system failures, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
(4) Use of the software is at the user’s own risk.

Availability

There is no entitlement to permanent availability of the software.

Data Protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the privacy policy.

Contract Term and Termination

The contract may be terminated by either party in accordance with the agreed terms.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The provider reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
The place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is the provider’s registered office.

License Models and Terms

(1) The provider offers various licensing models, including:

Free demo version (7 days)

Monthly license (1 month)

Mid-term license (6 months)

Long-term license (12 months)

(2) The demo version may be limited in functionality and ends automatically after 7 days.

(3) Paid licenses do not renew automatically unless otherwise agreed.

(4) Early termination during the term is excluded.

(5) After expiration of the license, the right to use the software automatically terminates.
